Job Summary
Verify check-in deliveries using established policies, distribute outbound shipments, and shop vendors for best pricing while maintaining current inventory sheets. Place orders with vendors based on culinary department needs, perform monthly inventories for all venues, and check par levels to maintain current and future pars. Oversee the Prep team on stocking delivered items and organize store rooms and coolers. Requires a valid driver's license and knowledge of inventory control applications. Regular attendance is essential. This role supports Parkland Golf & Country Club, a property managed by Troon, the world's largest professional club management company specializing in golf and hospitality.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to read and speak English
- Knowledge of inventory control applications
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Capability to regularly stand, walk, use hands, reach with hands and arms, talk or hear
- Capability to occasionally sit, stoop, kneel, crawl or crouch
- Capability to frequently lift up to 25 pounds
- Capability to occasionally lift up to 100 pounds
- Capability to occasionally work in outdoor weather conditions
Desired Qualifications
- One to three months related experience and/or training
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
