Job Summary
Ensure timely entry, ordering, filing, and follow-through for each purchase order while determining vendors based on quality, quantity, and price. Obtain quotes when requested by Directors and place orders to maintain warehouse inventory levels for Eagle Mountain Casino. Maintain close working relationships with department managers to resolve issues regarding quantities, pricing, quality, and brand availability. Enter all orders into the Sage 100 (MAS90) system, research backorders, and provide proper backup to Accounts Payable in accordance with GAAP. Conduct monthly inventories and manage office supplies while maintaining confidentiality of financial data.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- One (1) year experience with computerized purchase and/or accounting systems data entry
- Proficiency in 10-key
- Professional telephone etiquette
- Computer literacy with a working knowledge of Excel
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Ability to obtain and retain a gaming license with the Tule River Tribe Gaming Commission
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs
