Purchasing Agent

Manage the creation and maintenance of all items for assigned vendor lines while maintaining clear communication with suppliers and the Sales team. Negotiate and resolve supplier performance issues impacting costs and customer service, partnering with Sales to gain insight into customer needs. Utilize existing tools to analyze inventory positions and trends, continuously monitor demand forecasting for accuracy, and drive improvements in KPIs for out-of-stock items and inventory turns. This role requires a bachelor's degree, 2-3 years of buying and supply chain experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with Food Service experience highly preferred.
