Job Summary
Use a sales forecasting system to plan and execute purchase orders while maintaining optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand. Coordinate with brand managers, suppliers, the warehouse, and transportation providers to schedule deliveries, monitor stock, resolve supply chain issues, and ensure product availability. Create purchase orders, track shipments, verify deliveries, and maintain accurate records of pricing and invoices. Communicate clearly with internal teams and vendors regarding logistical challenges. Requires a high school diploma or bachelor's degree, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. Salary starts at $67,000 annually with a full benefit package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401K.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or supply chain management
- Strong negotiation, math, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory or enterprise software
- Must be able to regularly sit, stand, and move about the office
- Must be able to perform computer work
