Job Summary
Administrative and transactional support for purchasing, maintains purchase order data, supplier records, pricing documentation, and system transactions; coordinates communication between internal departments and suppliers; supports PO lifecycle, onboarding, and ensures data integrity within ERP/MRP systems; collaborates with Buyers and Purchasing Management and internal stakeholders to keep purchasing processes efficient and compliant; emphasizes accuracy of pricing, quantities, terms, and documentation in ERP systems; supports supplier onboarding and compliance with company purchasing requirements; prioritizes safety and aligns with Health, Safety & Wellness policies; drives environmental and ethical standards in line with KSR goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Accounting, Purchasing, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role supporting Purchasing, Supply Chain, Materials, Logistics or related field. Experience supporting purchase order (PO) lifecycle management, managing pricing updates, contracts, or agreements, and practical experience using ERP / MRP systems.
