Job Summary
Purchasing Administrator needed to support headquarters in Tinton Falls, NJ. Responsibilities include ordering standardized expendable items by phone or contract, clarifying item details with requisitioning personnel, maintaining contact with vendors and sales reps, preparing purchase orders for non-stocked/contracted items, coordinating lead times with departments, and ensuring timely delivery of items. Requires experience with Microsoft Office and an accounting system (CostPoint preferred); some finance background is preferred. Must be reliable, discreet, and able to work under pressure. Located at EPS Corporation HQ with on-site duties in NJ.
