Job Summary
Purchasing Administrative Assistant in Prescott, AZ supports deadline-driven projects within the Purchasing Department. Responsibilities include coordinating team input on projects, proofing and tracking manufacturer programs, communicating with manufacturers and vendors, creating and troubleshooting reports and data sets, and managing department schedules and travel arrangements.
