Job Summary
Procurement-focused role supporting purchasing of materials, tools, equipment, and services for projects; responsible for sourcing with risk-based and commercial alignment, supplier and subcontractor evaluation, full-cycle vendor management, and ensuring documentation and approvals are in place; contribute to standardizing procurement processes, mentor junior team members, create procurement plans from project schedules and risk registers, and lead weekly procurement meetings; requires strong communication, negotiation, and project coordination skills; preferred proficiency with ERP systems and construction software (e.g., Procore, Vista) and accredited certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Construction Project Management, and 2 years purchasing experience or 4 years of related purchasing experience in construction, utilities, or industrial.
