Job Summary
Manage ocean, air, and customs brokerage activities while sourcing, buying, and tracking raw materials and finished products. Collaborate with sales to manage inventory and work closely with distribution centers regarding container flow and available space. Develop team forecasting and planning capabilities using data to ensure sales orders are fulfilled on time and cost-effectively. Establish systematic communication lines with suppliers, create and review reports for management recommendations, and maintain effective relationships to improve product quality and customer service. Recognize team accomplishments and motivate others to accomplish goals within a positive work environment.
