Job Summary
Proactively partner with stakeholders to ensure flawless execution of Purchase Order Management processes, including creating purchase requests in dbBuyer, invoice reconciliation, and triggering payments. Support the Central Ordering team globally in providing optimum service levels, while developing strong understanding of ordering activities and the sourcing process chain. Manage multiple ad hoc requests, track progress in regular stakeholder meetings, and continuously implement process improvements along the chain of Ordering Management activities.

- working within virtual global teams in a matrix organization and across all levels of management and staff
- Solution-oriented attitude with the ability to identify and structure issues, conduct accurate analysis and socialize recommendations with the team
- Strong organizational skills, ability to work against tight deadlines with a high level of accuracy
- Very good English language skills (verbal & written)
- 8-10 years of experience in a similar role
- Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs
