Job Summary
Proactively partner with stakeholders to ensure flawless execution of Purchase Order Management processes, including creating purchase requests in dbBuyer (Ariba), invoice reconciliation, and triggering payments. Support the Central Ordering team globally by developing strong understanding of ordering activities, implementing process improvements along the chain of Ordering Management, and managing multiple ad hoc requests with tight deadlines. Prepare and document meetings, track progress, and communicate updates to stakeholders while leveraging AI tools to optimize workflows and enhance productivity. Maintain metrics and reporting for scorecards, pipelines, and SLA adherence, ensuring accurate analysis and socializing recommendations with the team.

- Strong organizational skills, ability to work against tight deadlines with a high level of accuracy
- Very good English language skills (verbal & written)
- 8-10 years of experience in a similar role
- Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs
