Job Summary
Sourcing and procurement of Buyout products for Field Instruments and Testing & measurement Instruments, including Transmitters, Flowmeters, controllers, Recorders, Test Benches, and related equipment. Coordinate with the User team to understand requirements prior to negotiation, manage vendor evaluation, registration, and PA/PO processes, and oversee post-PO activities such as document approval, inspection, dispatch clearance, GR, and payment. Finalize annual rate agreements and conduct annual vendor performance evaluations. Manage QHSE procedures, maintain data for monthly publication, issue and close Corrective Action Reports (CARs) via Root Cause Analysis, and coordinate with internal and external auditing teams. Provide awareness on Product Compliance Management and Product Laws and Regulations for each country during procurement.

- Preperation / modifying of Quality and HSE Procedures as per the business requirement
- Maintaining QHSE data and publish monthly in QHSE portal
- Issuing ,monitoring & closure of CAR (Corrective Action reports) for vendors thru proper RCA
- Co-ordinating with Internal and External Auditing teams
- Providing awareness for PCM (product Compliance Management) and PLRS (Product Laws and Regulations for each country) to follow during procurement
