Purchase Executive

Print and organize necessary documents, summarize relevant information, and distribute it to appropriate employees. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company safety programs and all local, state, and federal regulations across assigned areas like food and retail. Adhere to food safety policies, conduct inventory audits to determine levels and needs, and notify supervisors of low stock. Troubleshoot vendor delivery issues, oversee return processes, and verify received inventory while monitoring PAR levels. Assist management in training, scheduling, and coaching employees; ensure adherence to quality standards and report accidents or unsafe conditions. Follow all company policies, maintain professional appearance, and protect proprietary information. This role requires at least two years of related work experience and one year of supervisory experience. Applicants must be able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and lift objects up to 50 pounds.
