Punchlist Carpenter responsible for reviewing and completing carpentry punchlist items (finish work such as trim, doors, cabinetry, and hardware adjustments), performing minor repairs to drywall/paint/caulking, ensuring items meet project specifications and quality standards before closeout, communicating with project managers, maintaining tools, and following safety protocols on job sites.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a carpenter, preferably with punchlist or finish carpentry experience
- Ability to read and interpret basic construction drawings and scopes of work
- Own set of carpentry tools
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently meet deadlines
