Punch-Porter

Conduct timely vacant unit turns by identifying areas needing improvement and recommending repairs. Perform turnkey operations including plumbing, lock, smoke alarm, and appliance repairs, plus A/C filter changes, bulb replacements, ceiling fan installs, and minor electrical work. Assist with preventative maintenance, complete work orders, and ensure all inventory items remain in good working condition. Manage time effectively to meet deadlines while performing other duties assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager. This full-time role supports our Market Rate apartment community in Canton, Georgia.
