Punch Out Technician

Review, organize, and execute lists and tasks provided by the Project Manager to assist with quality control and building completion. Perform quality control checks in new construction units, track progress, and communicate with the project team regarding task completion and identified issues. Identify subcontractors with continued quality control problems, coordinate directly with them to ensure timely resolution, and participate in required inspections with local jurisdictions. Liaise with homeowners as necessary to ensure exceptional customer service. This role requires a high school diploma, five years of carpentry experience, and personal tools.
