Job Summary
Immediate opening for a full-time Punch Out / Maintenance Technician responsible for maintaining amenities and apartment homes in a new luxury community. Duties include completing maintenance work orders in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and more, as well as preparing vacant apartments for residents. Candidates should have 1-2 years of experience, relevant certifications, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years experience as an apartment maintenance technician or equivalent
- Current Valid Driver’s License
Desired Qualifications
- Refrigeration certification (type 2 or universal)
- Trouble-shooting and problem solving skills
- Strong focus on resident satisfaction
