Job Summary
Lead morning Tier Meetings with direct reports to ensure scheduled orders are built per the production schedule and meet ship dates. Direct and assist flow lane employees with daily work assignments while directing punch-off staff to prepare and ship all types of Munters equipment. Complete quality assurance inspections and in-process paperwork, ensure daily labor is entered, and maintain a safe, organized work area. Enforce safety practices including PPE use and assist with skills development for existing and new employees. Operate Travel Lift, Boat Lift, and cranes to load equipment. Notify supervisors of any problems concerning equipment, operations, materials, inventory, or documentation. Standard work schedules plus overtime and weekend hours required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of High School Diploma or GED
- Trained and capable to operate Travel Lift / Boat Lift and Cranes necessary to load equipment
- Standard work schedules plus overtime and weekend hours will be required to meet production needs
- All offers are contingent on a pre-employment drug test and background check, as applicable for the position
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred experience in paint
- Blueprint reading
- use of measuring devices
- good mechanical aptitude
- use of hand and power tools
