Job Summary
Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment to ensure quality products are made efficiently while inspecting items throughout the manufacturing process. Perform routine maintenance including lubrication, tool upkeep, and safety inspections, and communicate any equipment or production concerns to your Group Lead. Operate material handling equipment to safely move materials and support efficient workflow within the department. Maintain a clean workspace, properly dispose of scrap, and follow all safety guidelines and PPE requirements. Assist in training team members, share knowledge, and collaborate on ideas for improvement. This role requires the ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment at an ITAR-controlled facility in Warwick, RI.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 75 lbs
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, crouching, kneeling, reaching, and climbing throughout the workday
