Job Summary
Assist the Pumping Specialist, 3, in developing operating procedures, executing pumping operations, and coordinating rig-up and rig-down activities. Interact with customers and third-party personnel, handle field ticketing and bonus sheets, and transport heavy equipment to and from job sites. Comply with company SOPs, communicate with maintenance regarding equipment status, and actively participate in safety meetings to identify risks. Provide input for employee performance feedback, help prepare job reports, and assist in supervising crew members while utilizing competency processes to enhance job performance.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of pump operations
- Familiarity with DOT rules and regulations
- Understanding of the Journey Management process
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of company SOPs
- Understanding of field ticketing processes and procedures
- Knowledge of company policies, quality and HSE standards, and departmental guidelines
- Ability to coach, mentor, and supervise crew members
- Ability to operate commercial vehicles
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to conduct pre- and post-job safety meetings
- Proficiency with data acquisition systems
- Must understand and speak English at a level allowing issuance, receipt, and response to safety and operations-related directions
- High School Diploma or GED, or applicable experience required
- Minimum of 1-3 year of oilfield experience required
- Must have a valid CDL A driver's license with proper endorsements for the type of vehicle operated, issued by the state of residence
