Job Summary
The Pumper will produce gas products in the plant safely and efficiently to meet quality expectations. Essential duties include performing pre-fill and post-fill inspections, maintaining cylinders, operating forklifts to move pallets, filling high-pressure, cryogenic, and hazardous materials, handling 150+ lb cylinders, ensuring safety compliance, sorting/assembling/shipping orders, reporting discrepancies, assisting with plant maintenance, keeping a clean work area, and identifying equipment damages. Requires a High School Diploma or GED and 1+ years of related experience; ability to lift 50 pounds, operate a forklift (or willingness to train), strong attention to detail, teamwork, and effective communication. Travel not required; on-site, full-time role with potential overtime; benefits include health insurance, HSA/FSA, 401(k), PTO, holidays, and professional development.
