Job Summary
Safely operate a service truck and vacuum equipment to pump and dispose of non-hazardous waste from residential and commercial septic systems. Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, identify and report defective components or hazards, and submit required paperwork accurately. Respond to trouble or emergency calls as needed while providing professional customer service and educating clients on system care. Work independently following all company safety protocols and DOT regulations, with a day shift starting between 6:00 and 7:00 AM. Base pay ranges from $27.00 to $30.00 hourly.
Required Qualifications
- Class A or B CDL
- Tanker Endorsement (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to drive manual transmission
- At least 1 year of professional commercial driving experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Basic computer literacy (email, internet)
- Must pass a DOT drug screen, physical exam, and road test
- Willingness to work in a drug-free environment
