Job Summary
Operate a service truck and vacuum equipment to pump septic tanks from residential and commercial locations. Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections for fluids, tires, and supplies. Provide professional customer service and educate clients on system care while identifying and reporting defective components or hazards. Submit required paperwork accurately and respond to trouble or emergency calls as needed. Follow all company safety protocols and DOT regulations while working independently. Requires Class A or B CDL with tanker endorsement, at least one year of commercial driving experience, and ability to drive manual transmission.
Required Qualifications
- Class A or B CDL
- Tanker Endorsement (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to drive manual transmission
- At least 1 year of professional commercial driving experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Basic computer literacy (email, internet)
- Must pass a DOT drug screen, physical exam, and road test
- Willingness to work in a drug-free environment
