Job Summary
Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches across Hobbs, NM, and Texas locations. Manage all on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks for centrifugal, reciprocating, horizontal, gear, and vertical turbine pumps. Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions on equipment while producing timely and detailed service reports. Document processes and operate vehicles safely using field automation systems. Follow all company field procedures and protocols while cooperating with the technical team to share information across the organization.
