Job Summary
As a Pump and Power Foreman, you will lead successful projects involving the setup and teardown of Pump & Power equipment, encompassing tasks such as bypass pumping, special event generators, power distribution, air conditioning, heating, and water restoration. This role requires strong leadership, project management skills, and effective communication with customers and team members. You should possess basic equipment knowledge, a strong mechanical background, and be able to perform physical labor. A Class A CDL is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Strong leadership skills with a history of previous success
- Construction background
- Must be able to perform physical labor and lift up to 100 pounds on a regular basis
Desired Qualifications
- Basic Equipment knowledge and troubleshooting - pumps, generators, power distribution, a/c, heater, and shoring
- Strong Mechanical background preferably in a similar industry
- Excellent time management skills
- Basic equipment operating skills - forklift, skid loader, etc.
