Job Summary
Pump Shop Supervisor leads pump shop Maintenance activities, coordinating removal/install of fluid ends and treating iron, rebuilding components, and testing units after repairs per district requirements. Operates Class 1 units related to Fracturing, Coiled Tubing, and Transport service lines; drives Class 1 vehicles within the district yard; assists with servicing and maintaining Calfrac equipment; supports new hire onboarding and shop/yard tours for onboarding. Performs forklift operation as needed and adheres to all Calfrac HSE policies and procedures; demonstrates energetic, detail-oriented teamwork and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic oilfield environment.
Required Qualifications
- Class 1 driver’s license and satisfactory driver’s abstract
- 5+ years of experience working in oilfield services and specific service line experience
- High School Diploma or GED
