Job Summary
Experienced-level field technician responsible for end-to-end maintenance, troubleshooting, and installation of complex pump systems across commercial, industrial, and municipal water/wastewater environments. Acts as crew lead and works a mix of field and shop tasks (about 60% field / 40% shop). Requires reading schematics/blueprints, wiring motors up to 480V, and performing routine maintenance. Emphasizes safety with Lock-out/Tag-out (LOTO) procedures. Some experience with VFD installations and familiarity with control panels, PLCs, or SCADA systems. The role involves diagnosing issues, using hand and power tools, and handling both preventive and responsive service calls.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience with pumps and electrical systems
- High school diploma, GED, or trade school background
- Valid driver’s license
