Job Summary
Senior Pump Rig Operator responsible for removal, repair, and installation of well and high-service pumps; manage a crew of 2 helpers; troubleshoot electrical systems (single phase to 360V) and rigs 10 ton and larger; perform pump repair, installation, and troubleshooting; prepare parts and materials; maintain and repair company equipment; handle well rehabilitation using chemicals and mechanical means; complete administrative tasks including reports and logs; requires a High School Diploma and a CDL or ability to obtain; must be safety-conscious and able to lift 50 lbs; outdoors work in varying temperatures and weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Valid state driver’s license
- Class B CDL or ability to obtain within 90 days
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Must be safety conscious
- Ability to lift and move 50 lbs
- Ability to read/write following instructions
- Experience 5-10 years in pump installation and repair
