Job Summary
Interface with customers, manage repairs of parts and pumps, and complete various warehouse management responsibilities. Assemble and disassemble rod pumps, load and unload trucks of parts and pumps, stock material, and maintain a clean and safe working environment. Answer phones and greet customers while handling multiple tasks with minimal supervision. Requires a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and ability to lift up to 50lbs repeatedly. Pre-employment screening includes motor vehicle record, drug and alcohol test, and criminal background check. ChampionX, now part of SLB, drives energy innovation for a balanced planet.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent education and/or experience
- Valid driver's license in state of residence
- Must be 21 years of age or older to operate company vehicle
- Some computer skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic math and analytical skills
- Solid technical skills to understand computerized measuring machines and metalworking processes
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and manufacturing documents
- Must be self-motivated and disciplined to work autonomously with minimal supervision
- Good organizational skills with the ability to effectively handle multiple tasks
- Experience in the oil and gas industry preferred
