Pump Integration Manager

Job Summary
Oversees engineering, technical integration, testing, and cross-functional coordination required to integrate pump systems into power generation and industrial equipment packages. Leads pump integration projects from concept through delivery, ensuring mechanical, electrical, control system, and process interfaces are designed, validated, and aligned with customer requirements and industry standards. Works with engineering, manufacturing, quality, suppliers, and customers to ensure pump systems meet performance, reliability, safety, and cost objectives. Provides technical direction to mechanical, electrical, and controls engineers; develops pump-related engineering documentation; coordinates with FAT/SAT and commissioning; supports vendor qualification and quality assurance; and drives process improvements and best practices in pump installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical discipline
- Minimum 7–10 years of engineering experience in pump systems, rotating equipment, or power generation equipment
- Experience leading integration activities for mechanical or electro mechanical systems
- Project management experience strongly preferred
- Experience in manufacturing environments, power generation systems, or heavy industrial equipment
