Job Summary
Pump Coordinator in the Maintenance Department responsible for keeping the pump shop safe and efficient. Responsibilities include coordinating removal/install of fluid ends and treating iron, rebuilding components, testing units after repairs per district requirements, operating Class 1 units for Fracturing, Coiled Tubing, and Transport service lines, driving Class 1 vehicles within the district yard, assisting Parts, Shipping and Receiving, onboarding and training initiatives including conducting shop and yard tours for OaTS, and operating a forklift as required. Must adhere to Calfrac HSE policies and procedures; requires 5+ years of oilfield experience, a Class 1 driver’s license, and a High School Diploma or GED. Strong mechanical aptitude, communication in English, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and the ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Class 1 driver’s license with satisfactory driving record
- 5+ years of experience in oilfield services and related service lines
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel)
- Fork Lift Certificate (asset)
- Overhead crane certification (asset)
- Ability to operate Class 1 units and drive within district yard
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Willingness to learn and train others as needed
