Pump Assembly Technician - Tulsa

Job Summary
Perform HTC and Full System Assemblies, read blueprints and use calipers and other measuring instruments; document dimensions and details on production logs. Maintain an organized, safe work area and comply with NOV HSE policies. Collaborate with Purchasing, Quality, and Engineering to address assembly/test problems quickly. Support continuous improvement and identify process improvements; contribute to team-based problem-solving. Possess a high school diploma or GED and 1+ year in mechanical or industrial machinery assembly, with forklift and material handling experience preferred. Able to pass drug screen/background check, work overtime/weekends, and operate in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing setting; capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and performing physically demanding tasks.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in mechanical assembly, industrial machinery assembly, or related manufacturing role
- Ability to pass a drug screen & background check
- Ability to work overtime and occasional weekends as required
- Understanding of quality assurance concepts typically acquired through in-house training
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, push/pull, and perform repetitive movements for up to 12 hours daily
