Job Summary
Pulmonology/Critical Care physician opportunity in Altoona, PA. Full-time combined pulmonary practice with ICU rotations, access to a state-of-the-art bronchoscopy suite (including robotic bronchoscopy and EBUS), CT-guided lung biopsies and ultrasound-guided thoracentesis in partnership with Interventional Radiology, and strong APP support in both pulmonary clinic and ICU. 24/7 intensivist/APP coverage minimizes after-hours responsibilities. Relocation assistance and a commencement bonus are offered, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Board-certified or board-eligible Pulmonology/Critical Care physician
- Full-time scheduling
- Ability to provide comprehensive care for pulmonary disorders and lead ICU rotations
- Access to bronchoscopy suite including robotic bronchoscopy and EBUS
- Experience with CT-guided lung biopsies and ultrasound-guided thoracentesis
- APP support in pulmonary clinic and ICU
- Commitment to high-quality, compassionate patient care
- 24/7 in-house intensivist/APP coverage
