Pulmonology - Critical Care Physician

Pulmonology/Critical Care Physician sought for a 396-bed tertiary care hospital in Fort Wayne, IN, to join a team of six pulmonary critical care physicians and two nocturnal intensivists. The role combines inpatient intensivist duties with outpatient pulmonary clinic responsibilities, with some night coverage. The program is moving to a 12-hour shift model (7 on, 7 off) and emphasizes interdisciplinary care. Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Pulmonology and Critical Care Medicine is required. A comprehensive compensation package will be offered and may include relocation expenses, sign-on bonus, CME, licensure and dues, and potential for debt repayment. No visa support.
