Pulmonology and Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Provide and manage direct patient care, including physical examinations, evaluations, assessments, diagnoses, and treatment in a blend of pulmonology, primary care, urgent care, and pain management services. Develop and implement patient management plans, record progress notes, and assist in the provision of continuity of care while communicating with patients regarding testing results and follow-up. Maintain confidentiality of patient and corporate information and refer patients to specialists as appropriate. Join a team of board-certified physicians in an outpatient practice environment with extensive onsite ancillary services and Allscripts EMR. Call coverage is 1:28 days or better (phone call only).
