Job Summary
Provide comprehensive outpatient pulmonary care and perform inpatient pulmonary consults and related procedures as needed. Maintain an average daily patient volume consistent with practice standards while supervising and collaborating with Advanced Practice Providers. Provide clinical oversight to support staff to ensure high-quality care delivery and build strong referral relationships with local primary care providers. Participate in innovative, data-driven approaches to chronic respiratory disease management within a supportive, technology-enabled environment. This full-time role offers administrative, operational, and billing support, a reasonable and predictable schedule, and comprehensive benefits including health insurance, retirement contributions, and CME allowance.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO with Board Certification in Pulmonary Medicine
- Active Arizona medical license or ability to obtain licensure
Desired Qualifications
- Sleep Medicine certification preferred
- Experience mentoring and supervising clinical team members preferred
- Interest in integrating technology into patient-centered care models
- Strong commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality patient care
