Job Summary
Provide outpatient pulmonary and sleep medicine care for adult patients by evaluating, diagnosing, and managing conditions such as COPD, asthma, chronic cough, and sleep apnea. Conduct patient consultations, follow-up visits, and treatment planning while collaborating closely with pulmonologists and sleep medicine physicians on comprehensive care plans. Interpret sleep studies, pulmonary function tests, and diagnostic imaging as appropriate, and educate patients on CPAP/BiPAP therapy, medication management, and lifestyle modifications. Order and interpret labs and diagnostic studies while maintaining accurate documentation in EMR systems. Full-time role with Washington State licensure and DEA registration required.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
- Active or eligible for Washington State licensure
- Active/eligible DEA registration
- Strong clinical assessment and patient management skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in pulmonary, sleep medicine, internal medicine, or primary care
