Pulmonary Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse - Nights

Provide direct patient care to pulmonary progressive care unit patients on 12-hour night shifts with a 1:3 patient ratio. Deliver assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation within nursing standards; develop and document individualized plans of care in collaboration with the interprofessional team and patients/families. Educate patients and families on illness management, discharge needs, and medications. Maintain patient safety and regulatory compliance, participate in professional development, and support a healing environment. Unit focuses on weaning respiratory support, with CCRN eligibility after 2 years and opportunities for career advancement via the BJC RN Career Ladder. The role is full-time with weekend and holiday rotation, and includes a $15,000 sign-on bonus eligibility.
