Pulmonary Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse - Days - Part time

Pulmonary Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse on a part-time day shift providing direct patient care in a 9-bed PPCU with a 1:3 nurse-to-patient ratio. Responsibilities include assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care; education for patients and families on post-treatment home care and medication administration; participation in patient safety, quality and regulatory initiatives; development and documentation of individual care plans with interprofessional team members; and collaboration with a multidisciplinary staff to support respiratory weaning and specialized therapies. The role is safety-sensitive and requires nursing licensure (RN) and alignment with unit magnet standards and professional development expectations. Sign-on bonus of $7,500; CCRN eligibility after 2 years; weekend and holiday rotations; 12-hour day shifts.
