Pulmonary Progressive Care Registered Nurse

Pulmonary Progressive Care Registered Nurse providing bedside, pre-operative and post-operative nursing care with a focus on cardiac and medical-surgical patients. Responsibilities include assessing patient condition on admission and each shift, performing procedures as ordered, documenting care promptly in the medical record, administering prescribed medications and monitoring responses, and maintaining knowledge of medications, procedures, and equipment used in the care of cardiac and medical-surgical patients. Requires 1 year of RN experience, ADN (BSN preferred), NC RN licensure (eNLC may apply), and BLS certification. Eligible for sign-on bonus. Location: Brevard, NC. Equal opportunity employer.
