Job Summary
Oversee and coordinate daily operations of the Pulmonary Program, including individualized care plans for residents with respiratory needs. Monitor residents with pulmonary conditions, assist with admissions and assessments, and collaborate with physicians, therapy, and interdisciplinary teams. Provide staff education on clinical best practices and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while participating in quality improvement initiatives. Requires an active New York State RN license with preferred experience in skilled nursing or pulmonary care.
