Assess patient conditions during admission and scheduled shifts, promptly identifying and reporting status changes. Perform procedures, monitor patients for therapeutic medication responses, and document care administration thoroughly. Administer prescribed medications, anticipate patient needs, and resolve requests promptly. Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatment plans, and follow-up measures. Collaborate with medical providers to deliver personalized, comprehensive care following established nursing models. Maintain current licensure with the North Carolina Board of Nursing and hold BLS certification.
