Pulmonary Med Surg Registered Nurse

Assess patient conditions during admission and each shift, promptly reporting status changes. Perform procedures and monitor patients for therapeutic responses to medications, documenting all care administration. Administer prescribed medications and take appropriate action for unintended responses. Educate patients, families, and caregivers on medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, side effects, and follow-up measures. Collaborate with medical providers to deliver personalized, comprehensive care following established nursing models. Maintain current licensure as a registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing and hold a BLS Healthcare Provider certification.
