Job Summary
Pulmonary/Critical Care Physician sought for a hospital-employed, true pulmonology/critical care hybrid role with ICU coverage, inpatient consults, and outpatient clinic visits. The position features a Monday–Friday schedule with shared call among community providers for work–life balance. Located at Southern Tennessee Regional Health System – Winchester in Winchester, TN, the role offers competitive base pay with potential RVU bonuses, a sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, paid time off, retirement plan, student loan repayment, CME allowance, malpractice coverage, and practice-growth marketing support.
