Conduct advanced, patient-centered care in a closed ICU model featuring a Neuro Trauma ICU and a certified Advanced Thrombectomy Capable Stroke Center. Manage 14-16 shifts per month (8-12 hours) across two locations: the primary 67-bed ICU/CCU at MercyOne Des Moines Medical Center and the secondary 7-bed ICU at MercyOne West Des Moines Medical Center. Provide regional referral services to a diverse tertiary service area of 1.5 million people across central Iowa. Utilize cutting-edge technology including O-arm imaging, bi-plane suites, and minimally invasive capabilities within a highly specialized system. Join a tight-knit team of 14 physicians and 12 APPs supported by 24/7 APP coverage.
