Job Summary
Operate and maintain the Mill Room's pugmill and brick machine, configuring product tooling and overseeing changeovers. Perform routine quality checks throughout the shift and collaborate with maintenance personnel during downtime or troubleshooting events. Ensure workstation cleanliness and strictly follow all safety policies and procedures. This role requires the ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds while reading work instructions and understanding safety guidelines. Willingness to work in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment is essential. Required Qualifications
