Job Summary
Define the strategy and roadmap for publishing platform products and lead end-to-end product delivery—from concept through development, launch, and live operations—collaborating with engineering, design, business, and operations. Partner with global game studios and external partners to ensure real value in production environments. Define success with data and continuously improve player experience and operational efficiency. Bring a North American perspective to global decisions to serve players across markets.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience in gaming, IT services, commerce, or marketing platforms
- Track record of taking at least one product through a full cycle—from concept to launch to live operations
- Experience leading cross-functional projects across globally distributed teams
- Hands-on use of AI tools as part of daily work
- Professional working proficiency in both Korean and English
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Willingness to travel to Korea when needed
