Job Summary
Review and prep artwork quickly and accurately, then impose and plate it for Offset and Digital presses. Collaborate with customers and distributors to interpret requests and ensure deliverables are print-ready. Balance customer expectations with production capabilities while pitching in on special projects outside normal duties. Attend team meetings and ongoing training sessions. Maintain flexibility for overtime and occasional Saturday work as needed. This role supports Taylor Corporation's publishing and graphics processes for printed and digital marketing solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Solid experience in publishing, graphics, prepress, or a similar field
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and stay organized in a fast-moving environment
- Comfortable working independently but also a real team player
- A process-minded thinker who's always looking for a smarter way to do things
- Willingness to adapt, pitch in, and take on new challenges as they come
