Job Summary
Publishers Team Lead role responsible for leading and developing a publishers team, setting KPIs, coaching on sales approaches and partner management, driving profitability and scalability across publisher activities, and working cross-functionally with AdOps, BI, Product, and Finance to improve tracking and performance. The role emphasizes growth strategy across publisher partnerships, negotiations with key publishers for high-value deals, and maintaining relationships with top-tier publishers while personally managing select accounts. Requires 3–5 years in publisher leadership, 3–5 years with publishers/in-app traffic/MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, Singular, Kochava), 3–5+ years in business development for in-app traffic/digital marketing, and English fluency; iGaming/affiliate marketing experience is a strong plus; in Malta with in-person work arrangements.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience in a Publishers Team Leader or similar role
- 3-5 years experience working with publishers, in-app traffic, and MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, Singular, Kochava)
- 3–5+ years of business development experience with in-app traffic and digital/performance marketing
- Experience in iGaming or affiliate marketing is a strong advantage
- Proven ability to build and execute growth plans for existing partners
- Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills
- Sales-driven mindset with strategic thinking and hands-on execution
- Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze and optimize performance
- Fluency in English
