Job Summary

Publisher Support Manager at Freestar focusing on troubleshooting ad operations, ad quality concerns, new product and placement implementations, and trafficking direct ad campaigns. Responsible for troubleshooting sites for data discrepancies or UX issues, optimizing delivery to hit KPIs, creating/removing/updating placements and network bidders, enabling new products, and providing reports and avails to internal/external teams. Works with Yield Managers, Customer Success Managers, Onboarding Specialists, Revenue Operations, and Publisher Support Engineers to maximize publisher revenue, with a strong emphasis on communication, organization, and cross-functional collaboration. Fully remote, full-time role.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in Ad Operations or Yield Management
  • General knowledge of PMPs, header-bidding, programmatic advertising
  • Strong working knowledge of GAM, Excel, Google Products, direct-sold campaigns
  • A strong technical background and comfort with reading ad code, some CSS is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Internal motivation with a strong sense of urgency to drive projects to completion
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to navigate multiple competing priorities
  • Professional maturity, aptitude, and confidence
  • Teamwork, interpersonal & relationship-building skills, with the ability to lead by influence and example
